Orders may only be changed or canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

Once production begins, orders cannot be modified.

4. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because many products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing errors or change-of-mind purchases.

5. My package says delivered but I didn't receive it.
